Default MS06-024 update not found

Was the patch MS06-024 rolled out as part of any Service Pack?
If not, then is it not true that all Media Player critical vulnerabilities
are rolled up in future patches?
My machine at home has Windows xp Pro Service Pack 3. I was wondering if it
could be exploited through Vulnerability in Windows Media Player Could Allow
Remote Code Execution (917734)

Probably rolled out in SP3 since it was originally for SP1 & 2.
