Default D-link DWL 650+ doesn't detect networks

I believe all you're going to accomplish is to make yourself perhaps the
"Most Blocked Person on the Internet". There are a number of technical
support services available from Linksys not the least of which include
public forums for the posting of questions and comments, and complete
instructions and manuals for your product.

For what it's worth, seven years old in computer years means "should have
been retired at least half that lifetime ago". The only protocol that
router supports is WEP (can't do WPA, never could, never will) and WEP can
be hacked by anyone with a search engine and about five minutes in range of
your router. If you are serious about securing your network you need to
dump that router and get one with modern security technology included.

I shall copy this letter and try to find as many Chat Rooms as possible in
order to spread the word of ALL that I have gone through with the Chain of
Command at the Linksys phone center ...
