Default HELP!! Desktop rotated

While trying 2 install a fisher-price arts & crafts program 4 my kids, my
desktop suddenly rotated 90 deg. 2 the right! I'm getting a serious cramp in
my neck. Sum1 please help me 2 restore the screen...

Try hitting the Ctrl + Alt + Up arrow key all at the same time.

If that doesn't fix the problem, go to Control Panel and double click the
Display icon. Click on the Settings tab and hit the Advanced button.
Hopefully, you'll find the correct keyboard combination listed there. If
that doesn't help, you'll have to consult the documentation for your
computer's display adapter.

The ability to rotate the screen image is a feature of your video
card, to help it work with monitors that rotate to portrait
orientation. You accidentally pressed Ctrl-Alt, and some arrow key.
Rotate it back using those keys.
