Yes, but there are lots of conditions/setups that affect how you
accomplish that. - Provide more details, Receive more help.

Are you asking: Can you hide your IP address so that the computer or site
you are accessing gets a "false" reading?

You can. There are companies that do this (I think that you log into them
and go out using a different address than your own) and some software
available as well. A few are free but the those that really work have a
fee attached. Note that some of the "free" web sites may put stuff on your
computer that you might prefer to be without so make sure your AV, trojan
and other programs are up do date and on before you start plying here..

Do a search for change IP address, hide IP address, etc.

How many times are you going to post the same useless question?

Ya sure it is possible to change both your static or dynamic network ip address of your system ..Here i list out the steps to be followed to change the ip address .They are
1.Go to start---run---type cmd
2.Type ipconfig /release
3.Type ipconfig /renew
This will automatically change your ip address if it is dynamic ip .Else if you have static ip then you must have to contact your ISP to change it.After changing your ip visit Ip-Details.com to find your present network ip address ...
