Default Error "spoolsv.exe"

Hello! I have a problem: when i load an operating system,
there is a message that "spoolsv.exe encountered a
problem and needs to be closed". Anyway after that error
any printers and faxes disappear and when i click add a
printer in the Fax and Printers window, I get a
message "operation couldn't be completed". Is there any
way i can solve that problem without reinstalling my
operation system?

See if the information at

It is perfectly useless to know the right answer to the wrong question.
