Default MSN Messenger

Okay, I've sent the MSN Messenger group two e-mails this last year with the
blocking issue that I have with MSN Messenger. My main hotmail account is of
course my MSN Messenger username. MSN Messenger will let me sign in but it
just HANGS there trying to connect to the service. When it's trying to
connect if I have Outlook open or any IE pages that are trying to connect to
say MSN.com. MSN Messenger will take priority and I'll get the message page
can't be display, or it will not download any new mail off my exchange server
when messenger is trying to connect. The MSN Messenger group says its on my
end with my broadband network connection. I don't have the correct settings.

Here's the thing, I can log into MSN Messenger using my Secondary username
cred's and it signs in w/ the snap of the finger, and loads right up
correctly. Has anyone had this type of problem?

Using my main username will eventually work, but it takes almost 10 minutes
to connect to the service. Whereas my Secondary username will sign in less
than 30 seconds.

PLEASE HELP
