"Control Panel" not working after anniversary update
A friend did the anniversary update (upgrade?) and all went well.
But after the second restart, he could not open the "Control Panel" any more. It opens for a fraction of a second and then closes... Anyone an idea? -- Carpe Diem "Make things as simple as possible, but not simpler" (Albert Einstein).

The second one might well be an App, and those are more poorly behaved than other decorations. App failures in the past, included the Start button, Cortana, lots of decorations in the Task Bar. And those failures have occurred on a clean install (implying no third party interference). Paul
