Deleting Norton 360 trial program using MS Windows XP
My husband down loaded a Norton 360 trial program in Dec., and we have not
been able to delete it. We continue to get the following message: "Setup Error; Another installation is currently running. Please wait for it to complete and try again." I have tried everything I could find on the internet (I think), and am unable to delete it. For work purposes, I have to load a company version of Norton, and it will not load as long as I have this temp program loaded. Try to copy and past into your browser or try to search for Norton Removal
Tool and download it from Norton website. Also try this: Open a run command and type in: regsvr32 urlmon.dll click [OK] Reboot your machine and see if you will be able to open the link.
