uopdates available,but wont install
hiyall, gosh the trouble i had to get to write this.had tio disable pop up
blockers, but anyway, the problem is my computer keeps telling me that updates are available but wont install them. i have windows xp professional with sp2 and the available update it keeps telling me about is office sp3, can i do anything to clear it -- mari

Might be worth doing a 'find' on the KB number first. Also a bit more info, like which office, how you have tried to install, how many will not install. Rgds Antioch

sorry i didnt write down the error number, and have never installed office,
