Has Windows ever fixed the timer
Has Windows ever fixed the timer. For example, I am copying or moving
some files. It can say 1 hour left, then a few seconds later it will say 3 minutes left. This happens in all Windows functions, when Defragging, when copying or moving, and many other functions. This occurred in Windows 98, 2000, and XP. I have not yet noticed it in Win7, but I just began using 7. I DO NOT have Win 8 or 10.
