Default MS Baseline Security Analyzer error

Hello.

After having installed the Windows XP Service Pack 2, I ran the latest
version of the MS Baseline Security Analyzer (1.2.1), and got the following
message in the "Security Update Scan Results" section of the report: "Could
not access the security update XML file". My Internet connection was OK
during the scan.

What might be wrong?
