Default Help! Want to determine which Computer(s) a user is logged in on

I have a mix of XP and 2000 computers here and want to find an easy way to
use the network to find out which computer or computers a user is logged into
at any given time. When I ran a system that utilized Altiris this was easy
to accomplish. Apparently SMS does this 'sort of' but not in real time.
Anyone know of any tool or app I can use to accomplish this? Thanks!

Apparently Windows can use finger also. Here's an MS article about it:
