Default site's certficate invalid error number -8182

Hi, I have a problem with the security certificate. WheneverI visit various
websites, it comes up with an error number -8182 "could not process an
encrypted connection because the site's certificate is not trusted or
invalid".

This happens even on Microsoft's website.

Any clues?

Thx.

What browser are you using? This is a common problem with Mozilla/Firefox.
Google for "certificate 8182" You will find step by step instructions.

absolutely, this is classic of the virus i have been posting about and the
first symptom that led me top the msn tech guys, check your system and twain
files please and post back letting me fnow :
1)which files have had their certs rerevoked, and
2)how many revoked were there
3)what are the names of the files in those two folders which arent supposed
to be in your system folders. if you are unsure, please copy the files,
change them to read only, and send them either to or
(microsoft tech suppport) Please
change these files ALL INCLUDED to READ ONLY and attach, this could be really
helpful information. Thanks
