Default Saving Web Pages

I just had to reinstall my operating system from the
ground up due to a very nasty virus. Yes, it is much
better, thank you. Only, I use a web application that
involves downloading web pages. I used to be able to go
to the page and click File, save as; and "Web page
complete" was a choice. Somehow I no longer get this
choice and I want it back. What to do?
