Default Internet and limited Guest accounts

i have a similar problem. on the guest account, it'll
say it cannot find a connectoid. i did nothave a problem
w/ aol before. (i don't want to go back to AOL, though.)
has somebody tried to contact you with the solution? i
tried to change settings from the "administrator" account
but cannot figure out how to do so.

After I set up a dialup connection using the
Owner/Administrator account (specifying that this
connection will be used by all users) when I create a
limited access Guest account cannot log on to the

internet
using the Guest account. While logged on like Guest, I

see
the default connection but when I click on it nothing
happens. Also when I check the connections tab for
internet properties I do not see the default connection
either. I cannot add the connection (manually or with

the
Wizard) because I get either a 'Cannot load the Remote
Access Connection Manager Service. Error:5 Access is
denied.' (using the manual setup) or 'You are currently
logged in as a limited user. Please log in as
administrator in order to run the New Connection Wizard.'

Guest accounts can't dial or hang-up Internet connections. Either switch
to always-on broadband or create a Limited Account for guest Internet
access.

Yes, yes, I know it's stupid, especially since the Help files say you
can use Guest for Internet access. Everyone at Microsoft forgot long ago
that other people still use dial-up.
