Deleting a persistant partition on a SSD.
I can't get rid of the right-most partition
("unallocated") on this SSD (Disk2) which is taking up a lot of space. I've tried reformatting just this partition and forming a new simple disk with it, but I can't delete it. I want to expand the left-side partition to include it. https://postimg.cc/gr6Qpc7r |

Worked for me on a stubborn one a while back. Rene |

You need to move that to the right and then you can expand the C partition into the free space. The space must be unallocated, as it is. Try the minipartition tool that has been suggested. I would also increase the size of the middle partition to 1gig before moving it. It is the boot partition and I've had problems with Win10 updates if it's too small. -- Regards - Rodney Pont The from address exists but is mostly dumped, please send any emails to the address below e-mail rpont (at) gmail (dot) com |
