David,

Each person has a different definition of problem. For some people, they do
not know their way around the OS very well. There is an old saying, only
stupid question is a question not asked. This forum is to help people
either to solve problems or learn how to use their computers so they can
learn to solve their own problems. For you the EN is not a problem, but for
the OP, it is a problem to them. I have seen people come in here asking
how to change settings on their computer, that is not a problem, but its
something they need help with. Isn`t that what these forums are for? to
help people?

Jeff

Jeffrey, you are wasting pixels on David. He is rude beyond belief and
thinks once he responds in a thread he thereafter owns it.

When you delibrately seek to disempower non idiot users I called you on =
it.

Why would you have joined in at all? The question was answered, you only =
had disempowerment to offer, you replied to ME, you refered them to a =
web site that hasn't worked properly for years, and it's all in Help.=20

What did you expect, a pat on the back for WRONG advice.
