File manager, deleting multiple files sometimes does not work?
I have plenty of hooks, so maybe it's just me, but...
Anybody else notice that selecting multiple files in the file manager and then pressing the delete key does not work? Right clicking on the selected files and selecting "delete" deletes them just fine. I am not talking about just deleting a single file, I am talking about selecting a lot of files and then deleting them using the delete key. Sometimes it does work. Other times does not matter how many times I reselect the files, it will not delete them with the delete key. I'm using a brand-new keyboard that works great otherwise. And of course it cannot be lack of focus since I am selecting the files immediately prior. It must be me, Microsoft cannot be that inept. Microsoft deciding that the folder pane no longer needs to focus the right-hand pane is a royal pain in the rear.
