Default how to move lower toolbar icons to right side

I'd like to move the desktop icon, from the lower toolbar (left side) over
to the right side, to conform with it's location in Win2000. I haven't been
able to figure out how to do it in WinXP, although it's easy to drag it in
Win2000. Can someone show me how to do this.

Thanks,

jc

I think you have to unlock the taskbar, right click on the bar; under
toolbars or properties. Once unlocked, you should be able to drag and drop.
