Default I'm being told that I need to give users full rights to .NET framework and WSE 3.0...

Are .NET framework and WSE 3.0 programs I can control users rights to?
I'm thinking not, but our business vendor's support is telling me I need to
give users "Full Access" to these programs.
I would think these programs are used by their application, not by the
user...

And if this is something I can control users rights to, how\where would I
change their rights?

Sounds odd to me, but wanted to ask.

Thanks

Kelvin

Ask them for specifics! If they won't help tell them you want to elevate the
call to someone who can.

If users need Administrator rights or non-standard permissions then these
should be documented. Ask the vendor for the documentation,
