Default Windows Vista Home Premium Problems

HELP! HELP! HELP! When ever I open any window including browser windows, I
cannot close them with the X. Also I can't drag the window around to
different locations on my desktop. This just started in the last week all of
a sudden. Also Gateway Games Console will not open and display anything now.
I have tried to restore and it didn't work. My last restore point is Feb. 18,
2009. I don'tk know what happened to all the restore dates. Can someone
please help me. I have looked up help on the internet and can't find
anything to fix it. I even spent $29.95 on RegCure and it didn't fix it
either. I am going crazy.

You need to post to a newsgroup dedicated to Vista. This newsgroup
covers Windows XP.

Try microsoft.public.windows.vista.general

The purchase of a Registry Cleaner was a mistake. They bring little
benefit and can seriously damage your computer. I would not use it
again.

The link which follows may help with your System Restore problem.:

Hope this helps.

Regcure in particular won't cause any problems. It may have been an act
of frustration and grasping at straws to use it, but the worst happening
would be ... nothing. Definitely no damage. Chkdsk damages a lot more
machines than even improperly coded registry cleaners, in fact.

And whether you would use it again or not is irrelevent to any thinking
person; who cares what you would do?

I just looked through your recent posts.
Nothing helpful there!

All you do is brag about how good Registry cleaners are.
You are just a waste of space here.
