Default moving lower toolbar icons to right side

The WinXP lower tool bar has the IE, OE, and Desktop icons on the left side.
I'd like to have the Desktop icon on the right side, like I do in Win2000.
Is there a way to do this...I tried dragging but that didn't work.

Sure is and it's a simple fix. First right-click on an empty part of
your task bar and click on the line that says "Lock the Taskbar" if
there's a checkmark next to it. Now you should see what looks like 7
little dots on the left edge of the quick launch toolbar, just click and
hold the left mouse button then drag it to the right and release it
where you want it. Don't forget to lock the taskbar again once you've
finished!
