Default Finally Microsoft Edge allows you to save "as" a file when downloading!

I don't update Windows 10 Pro (for good reason) so I looked for a way to
get Microsoft Edge to simply do what *every* other browser already does.

Apparently running this REG file fixes the problem.
Now a download *asks* me where I want to put it (which is what every other
browser can do and should be able to do)!

[Aside: What is so very wrong with Microsoft that they didn't give us this
from the beginning? What goes on in their minds that this wasn't an option
when it's something every other browser has and billions of people want?]
