One PC sending Two faxes simultaneously?

With XP, can a single computer be set up so as to send two faxes at
the same time? Say I have two phone lines, and I want to send a lot of
faxes on each line - can I plug in a second (external?) fax modem and
fire away on both fax modems?

Is any special software required to do this?
