Default Program log internet access & programs/paths causing it?

Hi,
Do you know any software that logs the PC's (same as sw is running on
is ok) all processes communicating with internet (TCP&UDP), what IP's
they contact and most important, what files/programs/services that is
causing the traffic, and their paths?

Most monitor softwares i've fouund lack that last piece of
information, that is usable to identify unwanted applications on your
PC.

Thanks in avance,
Tskogstrom
