Default Migrating user accounts to multiple computers.

Hello all,

I'm new to the xp admin world and I'm curious to
know if there is a way to migrate all of the user
settings like a public user a staff user with different
privies and stuff like that. Setting up a domain isn't
really a possibility but there will be about 100
computers this will have to be done on so I'm hoping
there is a way to setup one computer and copy those
settings to the rest. Any help on this subject would be
appreciated.

Thank you,
Glenn Tegeder
