Default Disabling Smart Card

Upon windows user login It is saying I need a smart card to log in, I
went in via safemode and disabled smart card in the settings, but what elts
do i need to do?

Where did you disable smart card?? The only place I can think of on a non
domain computer is in Local Security Policy/local policies/security
options - interactive logon:require smart card which you want set to
disabled. --- Steve
