Capturing video with Windows Movie Maker 2
Is a firewire card necessary
Yes firewire is essential for cpaturing from a camcorder in Movie maker. You can also capture through other routes but those routes might have other capture software best suited for them. Adaptec VideOh is as far I understand is a direct capture to DVD solution with hardware encoding capability? In that case Moviemaker is not the best suitable software for you. -- Rehan www.rehanfx.org - get transitions and effects for Windows MovieMaker "Matt" wrote in message news Is a firewire card necessary or can I use something like the Adaptec VideoOh!
