Default what the heck is this "LostRun.exe" file??

Hiya Peeps,
I just did a fresh install of WinXP Pro on my system. I noticed that
for such an unencumbered boot-up (I haven't yet installed all my nifty
gadgets ;o)) the log-in is extremely slow. Sooooooo, being an
experienced geekette, I checked out my start-up listings & discovered,
among other aberrations, this mysterious "lostrun". I know for a fact
it has never appear in any of my prior installations of XP & the only
programs in debut are the utilities that came on my Motherboard
drivers cd: Recovery Genius, Language Genius, PageABC & CDGhost (all
by the GoldenSoft Technology).
Logic would have it our mutual mystery process is the red-headed
stepchild of one of the aforementioned programs. However, I have not
named my systems Techno-Torture & Modern Scourge without provocation.
I, for one, am convinced that computers are the Divine Plague of the
21st century to punish humans for their unrighteous living. The Powers
That Be obviously surmised that Extinction-Level-Event deluge,
Spontaneous Urban Combustion, & Orthopterian orgiastic gluttony were
simply not sufficient punishments. Now, we suffer subtle but efficient
torment at the sadistic peripherals of a demonic Imp that is -in
theory- our servant yet enslaves. Insidious in it's mutiny; leading us
blindly the the brink of sanity. After experiencing the HAL.dll
boot-up fatality one too many times this weekend, I am expecting the
system to address me as Dave & run amuck with the household climate
controls. AND I swear the next NTFS BSOD Ala XP WILL take me over the
edge of the Abyss. ;oP
Phew, ahem.... My apologies for getting a bit carried away. My
passions got the better of me; something i am working out in therapy.
The techs at Comp-Bedlam say I am progressing nicely; they even
loosened my jacket a bit allowing me to type this. The Catatonic
episodes are less frequent, my eyes ARE uncrossing & the spit bubble
thing is practically nonexistant. My friend's swear the bald patches
aren't THAT noticeable & my hair will grow back in NO Time;most
certainly in time for my release date. Best of all, upon completion of
my Computer-Rage Management course the DA just might drop all the
charges relating to that silly little ummmmm editorial I threatened
errrrrahhhh sent MicroSoft. As for Aggravated Felony Vandalism
charges, the verdict was Not Guilty by Reason Of temporary Insanity-
The jury was quite sympathetic to my plight, calling it justifiable
Compu-cide. The civil charges have all been dropped (providing of
course I make suitable restitution to the various establishments
adversely affected by my ahem "lapse of reason"
In any case, I intend to uninstall the GoldenSoft immediately since
my new 2.2ghz boots slower than my now back-up system 500mghz when IT
was heavily ladened with "gadgets'!!!! I will monitor each uninstall
& see if one subsequently dispatches the "Lostrun Runonce" to process
purgatory...! Thus, "Runneth the process Nevermore..."
I will post the findings at my soonest possible, earliest,
inconvenience! Stay tuned for tomorrows episodes of As The Harddrive
Churns & The Dongled & The Dos-less followed by General Page fault &
These Are The Days of Our XP Lives!

Happy Hacking,

"Warning: Subject To Acute Blonde Moments"
(I worry when they become chronic)

Ps. My insanity keeps me sane!
