lost email when upgraded to windows xp from 98
At the login screen, hit ctrl+alt+del. Type in the username and password
for the account you used for email. -- Seth Meranda "Karen" wrote in message ... I upgraded my windows 98 to Windows xp and lost all my email messages in outlook express. I found a knowledge base article 307229 but it is of no help. It says to log off and log back on as the original user. How do I know what the original user is? How can I get my email messages back? Please help? .
