Use your web browser to access the router's built-in web interface,
and there should be a way to do it. Check the router's User Guide for
more information.

If you still need help after that, please post a news group reply
indicating what model of D-Link router you have. Then, I'm sure that
someone can tell you exactly how to disable its DHCP server.
