Default Disable sounds for all users

Can anybody tell me how to disable sounds for all users on a domain. Is it
a Service that runs??..have tried going into Control Panel and selecting 'No
Sounds', but this only disables them for the currently logged in user.

Hi Paul,
There is a service which manages sound for Windows programs, try disabling
the Windows Audio service in services.msc

Hope that helps
Mark
