Yes, I did receive it by e-mail and unfortunately also
clicked on the attachment to see what was sent to me. Do
you know if this e-mail sends any viruses or deletes any
files once the attachment is opened? I did not click on
any of the links referenced in the e-mail or in the
attachment.
