Default EFS problem

If you have reinstalled, and do not have the profile=20
of the old account, did not export the EFS key from=20
the old account, were not in a domain, did not define=20
a recovery agent and export its EFS key=20
failing all of these then your files are lost except for=20
the possibility of low level recovery of the needed=20
part of the profile of the old encrypting account.
