Default Blaster Worm fix download

I recently bought a Dell Dimension 4200 desktop computer
with Window's XP on it for my home. The Blaster virus got
me. The Micosoft download patch has two options: a 32 bit
version and a 64 bit version. Which do I download? I
tried downloading the 32 bit version on my infected
machine, but the download wouldn't start. So, now I am
using my office computer to try to get a download patch
that I can copy to my new home computer. Help.

You're using 32-bit - you would know if you had 64-bit.
