Default Error - hkSVF not correctly installed (Settings not found in registry)

I have been getting this message for a while, but it
really didn't impact anything. Today I was trying to
burn pictures to a CD(for the first time in over a year)
and I am unable to do so. What does this message mean?
Is this causing me the problem with the burn? (I know
little or nothing about computers and how they operate)
Thank you for any assistance you can offer.
