account creation wierdness

account creation wierdness

For some reason the only account that can log on after creation is an
administator acct. (XP pro w/o SP1). Every time I create a power user or
limited user acct., the profile cannot be loaded when trying to log on. The
docs and settings directory is set for "everyone" and nothing has been
changed with the policy editor as far as I know. Any suggestions would be
appreciated.
