Default Backdoor.trojan infection

Hi all,
Seems i have a computer that is infected with the backdoor trojan litmus
(2). i cant seem to get rid of it! i have tried NAV 2003, and Swat It.
There is a file in the startup folder (called ~5D.exe) that I cannot delete.
The main file infected seems to be the svchost32.exe file.
How do I clean this up? any suggestions?
I have checked the registry but do not see anything unusual in the "run"
folder.

Help is much appreciated.
