Default Disk corruption after shutdown

Have you ever tried to swap the disk to see if it will
boot on the disk it shows as corrupted ?? I did and the
disk was fine just the software showing it as bad. I am
looking for the reg tweak, let you know If I find it again.

-----Original Message-----
XP allows shutdown before data is fully flushed to disk
causing disk corruptions at next power up.

Am using XP on RAID controller with 2 mirrored disks,
WD600JB with 8MB cache.

Gigabyte GA-SINXP1394 M/B, PIV 2.66 GHz, 512MB RAM
(Integrated ITE GigaRAID controller)

Does anybody Pleeeeeeeease have any registry or other
tips/fixes to resolve this?

John
