Default MediaCom Cable service- your opinoins please

MediaCom has just begun offering cable internet service in our town and I
wonder what experience others have had with their service.

My DSL IPS has warned me about excessing bandwidth usage and I am
considering switching to cable.

please post your thoughts

Default MediaCom Cable service- your opinoins please

I use media com here in Central Illinois. Its been available, and I've had
it since November. So far, there has been no downtime, and only recently
did we have a slight area problem in the evenings where bandwidth was
getting to be in short supply. This has since been resolved though, and on
just about any occasion, am able to pull 1.5 down. Uploads are a little
less than spectacular, but thats easy to live with..
