Unable to Install Critical Update 331953 (MS03-010)

Read this Microsoft Knowledge Base Article:
Setup Could Not Verify the Integrity of the File" Error Message Occurs When
You Try to Install Windows XP Service Pack 1 (326815)

Even though, this article is for the installation of SP1, it applies to
other updates too. Ignore the parts where it tells you to reinstall SP1.
Reinstall the update instead of SP1.
