Help - 2nd Post: Windows Explorer

On one of our Computers the Folder View in Windows
Explorer is blank - empty. No Right Click pop-up either.
Switching to Favorites (or Search, Media, History etc.)
on Explorer Bar works, but switching back to Folder View
does not: no Icons, no folders ....
There is nothing in Folder View - any ideas????

Perhaps you have a bad folder.htt or desktop.ini file?
