desktop/background
This si sp basic. My desktop/or background is off. the
top of every page i open is at the bottom of the moniter. everything is cut off. I've tried moving pages, click and drag, etc. How can I reset it? Thanks, B.B.

Change the physical settings on the monitor itself not within Windows.
