Default SLOW Accessing Admin Shares

I have 4 Windows 2000 Servers running in my company. When
trying to access the Admin shares (C$) on these servers
from a Windows XP Pro Client, it takes over 5 mins for the
shares to come up. This is ONLY on admin shares. If I
turn around and go to a Windows 2000 Pro Client and access
the same admin shares, they come right up. Does anyone
know why there is such a prolonged delay with Windows XP
Pro and how to fix it?

Thanks,
J-T
