Default IIS in Windows XP Pro Problems

Something else on your machine is already using Port 80 so IIS can't start.
This could be casued by ZoneAlarm, go here for a scanner to help identify
what is running on Port 80:

Does any know what I am getting an error when I try to
start IIS in Windows XP Pro?

I get a pop-up which states:

Unexpected error 0x8ffe2740 occurred.

Thanks!
