cannot setup network properly

Default cannot setup network properly

i have two computers both are windows xp they are
connected to a hub who share internet connection from the
hub when i run the home network wizard it works fine and
when it says to run the setup from the floppy disk on the
other computer the computer always freezes i tried
changing floppies still doesnt work. Help. please

Are you using a router or ICS on one of the PC's.
