Unwanted display on startup

Default Unwanted display on startup

Windows/system32 displays on startup. It appears as if I had clicked on the directory and sub-directory. After cancelling display all else works perfect. Can't find it in startup list.

start, run, type msconfig then pick the startup tab. look for the system32 app. that is starting and uncheck it, apply restart. after restart, put a check in checkbox then ok
