Can't install latest version of IE
I had problems with my current version of IE. I attempted to delete it all
in preparation of installing the latest version. Almost all was deleted except 2 folders which an error message said was "write protected" and would not allow the installation because "a newer version is already on your computer". I have Windows XP Home Edition. Please help.
