Print job in reverse order after Svc Pack 2

I have a couple of installations that after having
installed service pack to the older HP inkjets now print
their jobs in reverse order - not normally a problem
except when using letterhead. I can change the setting in
properties, but that only lasts until the next reboot.
Any ideas?
