How do you get an answer on this support site. I posted a
Q on 14/09 at 04.03AM under Barry Fax printing, should
have read Fax viewing without any response although all
the other Q have been answered. This is the third time
this has happened, am I doing something wrong??

I am not complaining just trying to understand.

Is it possible that nobody had an answer to your question? This is a user to
user board, not a company support board.

What is the point of your comment I had NOT assumed it
was a company support board. I was merely asking a Q, was
I doing something wrong??????.It has now been replied to,
my thanks to the MVPS.

Why are you getting upset Barry? From your original question, it sure looked
like you were not happy that nobody answered you for the third time.
